Our Uniform

All our children are expected to wear full school uniform correctly at all times of the school day and on the way to and from school.  Our uniform is very smart and practical and it reflects what we think of ourselves and our Academy. Our uniform is supplied by School Uniform Direct.

Harris Primary Academy Philip Lane is committed to ensuring no family is deterred from applying to a school due to the costs for its uniform therefore please contact our school office if you are unable to fund the full uniform cost.

If you have any well-looked after uniform that your child has grown out of then please bring it back to the office and you will receive a £5 off new uniform. We also keep a stock of ‘pre-loved’ uniform for purchase at £5 per garment. This can be purchased directly from the office. Please speak to them to avail of this offer. 

All uniform is sold via ParentPay. On Tuesdays our Receptionist will download all the previous weeks orders and place them in the childs backpack.

Uniform consists of:

  • White collered shirt with HPAPL tie
  • V-neck purple HPAPL jumper with logo 
  • Purple HPAPL blazer with logo
  • HPAPL checked skirt or pinafore
  • Charcoal grey trousers
  • Black, white or grey socks
  • Black or grey tights
  • Black shoes (no boots or trainers)
  • All children must have a school rucksack

HPAPL Uniform for nursery children:

  • HPAPL sweatshirt
  • HPAPL jogging bottoms
  • HPAPL polo shirt
  • Nursery backpack

PE kit consists of:

  •  HPAPL black shorts
  • HPAPL purple t-shirt

  • Outdoor PE uniform (black jogging bottoms)

Children can also choose not to wear the school branded PE uniform featured here and wear a plain white T-shirt and plain blue shorts instead. 

Our uniforms are to be worn the year round.
